Abstract: This article explore the socio-environmental conflict in the Tapajós River, where Indigenous peoples and traditional communities confront the expansion of agribusiness and logistics infrastructure driven by Cargill. It analyzes how global commodity chains reshape local territories, threatening ecosystems, livelihoods, and cultural practices. The study also highlights Indigenous resistance, the violation of consultation rights, and the revocation of Decree No. 12,600/2025 as a key achievement.
